SHOESTRING had the pleasure of working with the Center For Economic Progress in Chicago, developing a name and logo for a financial aid education project. The “Financial Aid U” brand was developed by SHOESTRING to target college-bound students.
CEP was referred to SHOESTRING by a Chicago ad agency when they didn’t have the $40,000 budget they required for a branding project.
Working with the CEP team, SHOESTRING conducted research that lead to the development of a catchy, clever name and logo targeting college-bound students.
SHOESTRING also designed the program’s educational materials called “Student Workbook” and “Coaches Handbook.”
All of this work (including messaging development and public relations support for a full year) was completed with a budget of less than $20,000.
